J N Zutshi—the first Director General of Radio Kashmir
J N Zutshi is credited to have set up two Radio Stations in Jammu and Kashmir---first at Jammu on December 1, 1947 and then at Srinagar on July 1, 1948 in order to counter the malicious Pakistani propaganda against India.
