How can we call some part as Kashmir whose 90% of area is on other side of Pir Panjal ranges, whose social and culture mimics Dogra culture and whose language is also not Kashmiri, just 5-10 percent of Muzaffarabad on the other side of Kishenganga river does not make this Dogra land Kashmir.
